INITIAL SETUP

You are assigned a dedicated Account Manager, and we complete the entire process over the phone and electronically.
WE GATHER YOUR INFORMATION
We will collate your information, such as the details of all your elligible equipment used, and the relevant documentation required.
WE SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM
We process and submit your First 2 Year Back Claim to the NZTA on your behalf, using the information you have provided.
RECEIVE YOUR FIRST REFUND
Sit back and relax until your first refund is paid out.

ONGOING REFUNDS EVERY QUARTER
Going Forward, we will process your claims on a quarterly basis, and your dedicated Account Manager will liaise with you directly and on a regular basis.
